The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereafter called “you”) with Näslund & Jonsson Import AB (corp. reg. No 556613-6742), hereafter called “SNÖ of Sweden”, “us” or “we”, on SNÖ of Sweden’s websites or by telephone (jointly called “snoofsweden.com”).
By using snoofsweden.com and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this document (“terms and conditions”). Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions.
Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship or act in the capacity of a company, and who live in Sweden.
The fact that products or services are supplied on snoofsweden.com at a certain point in time does not guarantee that these products or services are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary, without informing you in advance. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to your order is the version that is available on snoofsweden.com at the time you place your order, and you are responsible for reading the then current version.
SNÖ of Sweden wants to provide the best possible online experience. You understand and agree not to (i) publish, transfer, distribute anew, upload or promote any communication or content that could damage or have a negative effect on our company, our operation, our products or services; (ii) act in any way or use a unit that limits, prevents, disturbs or entirely stops any other user from using or enjoying the website snoofsweden.com, or that affects the security of the website; or (iii) use any unit or try to use any browser, software, tool, agent, script or other unit or harmful software to navigate or search on the website, or to copy content from or otherwise affect the website. For users who breach these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to immediately refuse access to the website, and to close down their accounts.
The prices stated on snoofsweden.com are Swedish kronor (SEK), including value added tax and excluding delivery cost. We reserve the right to make price changes and make reservation for any errors in price information and possible stock outages. The price stated at the time of placing an order is valid throughout the purchase process. SNÖ of Sweden does not have any minimum order value.
The costs of the various delivery methods are stated in the checkout stages. Our standard delivery cost [should be specified] is free throughout the Nordic countries. If we cannot deliver your order as one lot, but need to divided it up into several deliveries, you will not be charged any extra cost for the additional deliveries. Prices may vary between physical and online shops.

Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation, on condition that you have provided us with your email address. If for some reason, we cannot send your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will repay the amount in question using the same payment method as you used when placing your order, to the extent this is possible. If the repayment for some reason must be made some other way, a SNÖ of Sweden personnel member will contact you to arrange for the repayment to be made.
Each order must amount to a minimum of 1 SEK (after deduction of discounts).
SNÖ of Sweden is careful when receiving and handling orders, and strives to deliver your order according to the delivery option you have chosen, to a home address or collection point in Sweden.
SNÖ of Sweden strives to despatch orders as soon as possible, and in the order received by us. Our goal is to deliver within 1–5 days after we have received and confirmed your order, unless otherwise has been agreed. Although we strive to deliver within the stated time frames, deliveries may take longer time due to unforeseen events. If the delivery period against expectation should exceed 40 days, you are entitled to cancel your purchase.

You may cancel or return your order as from the day you place the order up to and including 14 days after receipt of your ordered products. If you want to cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing, by using the pre-printed return form and freight label included in your package. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, you can complete and send us the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form. Irrespective of which of the above methods you use, the written notice must be received by us within the 14-day period stated above, and must include your name, address and other relevant order information about your product, such as article or order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the products in accordance with Section 6 (Returns) below. We will make a repayment, preferably using the same payment method as you used when ordering (or, if payment has not yet been made for the products in question, ensure the return is reflected in the balance on your account), as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of cancellation of the purchase, on condition that we have received the products in return or proof that you have returned the products.
Another payment method may be used for the repayment, on condition that your agree to such a change. This will under no circumstances lead to any extra cost to you.
If you have received a faulty product, you must notify SNÖ of Sweden of this as soon as possible, and return the product according to Section 6 (Returns) below. SNÖ of Sweden will make full repayment for products that we judge to be faulty. These provisions do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
SNÖ of Sweden guarantees full repayment, or, if you prefer, replacement of returned products according to Section 5 (Right to cancel), on condition that all products are returned in the same condition as they were when delivered to you. This is conditional on the products not having been damaged, dirtied, changed or worn (other than to try on the product), and that the accompanying packaging and labels are intact.
All our deliveries include a pre-printed return form that you can use if you want to return one or several products. You will find more detailed information about our returns process on the delivery note and in our returns and repayment policy at snoofsweden.com.
You can pay for your products in the various ways described below.
You can state your payment details when you place the order by using a valid payment card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express). The amount in question is reserved direct on your card, but will not be debited until the products are despatched. SNÖ of Sweden reserves the right to check the validity of the payment card, that funds to cover the value of the order are available and that the purchaser’s address information is correct. We may decline a purchase as a result of these checks.
Payment via Klarna Faktura means your purchase is secure and simple. You will never have to state your card details, and always pay after you have received your products.

An advice fee of 0 SEK per purchase is added. If payment is late, a reminder fee of 60.00 SEK and interest on late payment of 25.00% are added. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation. Klarna handles personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. The payment method for you who wish to choose for yourself how much to pay each month. But Klarna Konto is more than that. For purchases of 10 000 SEK with Klarna Konto’s basic terms, the setup fee is 0 SEK. The current annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is 11 458 SEK. The number of payment instalments is 12, and each instalment payment is 955 SEK. The example assumes that instalment payments are spread over one year.

SNÖ of Sweden offers secure payments via PayPal. You can pay using a PayPal balance, payment card or bank account. PayPal is the simpler way to pay online without having to expose your payment card number. Opening a PayPal account is free of charge.
Please note that SNÖ of Sweden reserves the right to send a demand for payment to your email address.
We strive to show the characteristics of our products, including composition and colours, as correctly as possible. The colours you see on snoofsweden.com are, however, dependent on your computer screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer is able to display colours and other details in a visually correct way.
If the products you have purchased are defective or faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation, you are entitled to return them. If you are not happy with your products due to a fault in your product, such as a material or manufacturing fault, including damage arising during transport, please inform us as soon as possible by using the pre-printed return form, and return the product to us (SNÖ of Sweden, Regementsgatan 23, SE-831 41 Östersund, Sweden). In the event a returned product should turn out to be not faulty according to the consumer protection legislation, we reserve the right to refuse your demand.
If one or several provisions of this contract are found invalid or judged to be ineffective by a competent court, dispute resolution body or supervisory authority, this shall not impact on the validity of the remaining contract provisions.
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, at snoofsweden.com belong to Näslund & Jonsson Import AB. All use of snoofsweden.com or its contents, including copying or storage of such material in its entirely or parts thereof, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from SNÖ of Sweden. Your access to and right to use snoofsweden.com shall not be deemed to constitute a transfer of any intellectual property right.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable specific events outside our control, such as labour conflict, fire, changes to public authority regulations, faults in IT, telephone or computer connections, or delays to sub-contractors as a result of such circumstances. Such events constitute grounds for discharge from liability in relation damages and other sanctions. You are entitled to cancel your purchase if such circumstance as is referred to in this clauses lasts for two months.
We welcome efforts to settle amicably any dispute that may arise. If a dispute cannot be settled, however, you are entitled to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), at www.arn.se. You can also make complaints online via the EU Commission’s platform for mediating disputes, which you can find via http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you make a complaint via this platform, your case will automatically be transferred to the correct national responsible dispute solution body. This dispute solution body will then contact us and try to solve the dispute without involving a court. In the event of a dispute, we comply with decisions by ARN or corresponding dispute solution bodies.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions, Swedish law shall be applied, and the forum shall be a public court.
