How do I cancel/change an order?

How do I make a return?
You have the option to return an unused item within 30 days for free. The jewellery must be packaged in the same box/bag it came in. We cannot accept returns of jewellery that has been used. But if you received a piece of jewellery that doesn’t fit or that you regret, you can return it within 30 days. In your shipment you will find information on how to return an item. What material is the jewellery made of?
You will find information about what material the product are made of when you choose a piece of jewellery. You will find this info at the “Details & Care” section.
