Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Our aim is that your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We pack and ship during regular work days. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped the next work day. Freight company’s despatch times vary depending on the place of residence. Standard Delivery time within EU are 3-7 working days and outside of EU 5-10 working days.

Our standard deliveries are sent by Post Nord or UPS. Shipping method will be decided depending on the order value and the destination.

 

Returns

You have 30 days to return for free or to exchange after receiving your package. We always refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned in a sellable condition. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores. If the jewelry was purchased through one of our authorized retailers, we kindly ask that you contact the retailer directly to process your return or any potential warranty claim.

How to return or exchange

In order for us to process your return or exchange, please fill out the return form included with your delivery. Kindly return all items in their original box and satin pouch, as these are considered part of the product. We encourage you to reuse the original packaging for your return and follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the return form included in your order.

  2. Cut out the prepaid return label and place the return form inside the package.

  3. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

  4. Drop the package in your nearest mailbox.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the same steps above and place a new order for the desired product.
You can expect a refund within 14 days after your return has been sent.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Refunds

Card Payments:
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.

Note that upon return, the shipping cost will not be refunded.


PayPal:

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.

We will refund your purchase in the same curency as when you placed the original order. We always use the most up-to-date exchange rate. Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.


Invoice:

When we have received the returned parcel you will be credited the sum amount of the product/s that you have returned. You will not be sent a new invoice with a corrected amount, you must instead adjust this yourself and pay the remaining sum due for invoice.

If the invoice is already paid in full then klarna will contact you for repayment within 30 days. To speed up the refund, you are advised to contact them with your correct payment details.
